Position Summary: Technician II Projects, interfaces with customers and staff members to successfully deliver pressure washing, carpet/upholstery cleaning & sanitizing, and title & grout cleaning services to our commercial and residential clients. This is a full-time position, paid hourly. Typical work week is Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays may be scheduled in season.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have personal "Smart" Cell Phone and know how to use it. You will be trained how to access multiple online systems on your personal "Smart" Cell Phone.
• Clean driving record/license; acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Acceptable background.
• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English is required to successfully communicate with clients & staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to our office on Alico Road, Fort Myers.
• Timely reporting to all scheduled jobs on a daily basis.
• This is a physically demanding position. Physically fit retirees are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with van-mounted extraction machines and portable carpet cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
